These terms govern your use of Reviewtail, operated by Reviewtail Limited ("Reviewtail", "we", "us"). By signing up, you agree to these terms.

The service

Reviewtail is a review management platform that helps local businesses collect and manage customer reviews. We provide QR codes, a feedback routing system, a complaints inbox, and analytics tools.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login access
• You may not share your account with others — each business requires its own account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Reviewtail

Acceptable use

You agree to use Reviewtail in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies, including Google's review policies. You must not:

• Use Reviewtail to post fake reviews or solicit reviews from people who have not had a genuine experience with your business
• Use Reviewtail to harass, intimidate, or pressure customers into leaving positive reviews
• Attempt to circumvent Google's review policies in any way
• Use Reviewtail in any way that could damage its reputation or the reputation of your customers

Google compliance

Reviewtail is designed to operate within Google's review policies. Our Feedback Funnel does not prevent customers from leaving any review they choose on any platform. You are responsible for using Reviewtail in a manner consistent with Google's terms of service. We are not liable for any action Google takes against your listing.

Payment and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
• We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If Reviewtail does not help you get more Google reviews in 30 days, email us for a full refund.
• Prices are shown in your local currency. We may update pricing with 30 days notice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@reviewtail.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days except under our 30-day guarantee.

Your data

You own your business data and customer feedback. We store it securely to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. When you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, bugs, or service interruptions. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

Reviewtail is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Reviewtail after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
